Twilio integration - How many numbers do I need?

In this article, we are going to explain how many Twilio numbers do we need per integration and which is the correct format to write a phone number in evalink talos.

How many numbers do I need?

evalink talos has four (4) Twilio-related integrations:
  1. SMS Notifications
  2. Automated Calls
  3. VoIP Calls
  4. Virtual SMS Receiver

For a flawless experience and in order to avoid glitches, it is recommended that you use one Twilio number per integration in evalink talos.

In other words, if you need all four integrations enabled, you will need to obtain four Twilio numbers.


What is the phone number format?

The safest way across all Twilio-related steps in evalink talos, is to use the format +CCXXXXXXXX
+CC : the country code with the '+' symbol (not 00CC!)
XXXXXXXX : the phone number, without any special formatting
