Change the email used to log in your evalink talos tenant

In this article we will explain how to change your email used for logging in evalink talos.

Problem Description

You need to change the email address you use to log in evalink talos.

Solution

There is no direct way for a user to change the email address of the account used to log in evalink talos.

In case it is absolutely crucial that you maintain the same user account in evalink but you need another email login, please create a ticket with our team.

The recommended way is to create a new account and invite it again in your evalink tenant. To do so, please follow the steps bellow:

Invite the new email user (email account)

If you have Administrator permissions in evalink talos, go to Company > Users > Invites and invite your new email address.

Delete previous user

After you have logged in with your new email account, navigate to Company > Users and delete your old email account.

Please note that in order to do any of the above operations, you need to have Administrator access. If you are not an Admin in the evalink talos tenant, please ask your Administrator to do these steps.

The steps described above will not change the existing logs in the evalink tenant.

Change your username
